Psalms 119:133 Order my steps in Your Word; and do not let any iniquity rule over me.
Bible Reading for June 8 (ONPP)
I Chronicles 28 – 29, Psalms 136
I Chronicles 28:5 – Again there is no reason for anyone to try to assume the kingship because David again says that Solomon will be his successor. Satan does try to prevent God’s temple from being built by having two others attempting to overthrow David’s (God’s) kingdom.
I Chronicles 28:7 – God is faithful to bless those that He has called if they follow Him.
I Chronicles 28:9 – Again the BIG IF.
I Chronicles 28: 11 – Solomon had time to study the design parameters and the purpose of each piece long before he began to build.
I Chronicles 29:2 – What better inheritance for Solomon is there than the building and understanding of God’s temple.
I Chronicles 29:29 – God thought it was important that several write about David and his reign so that others would get differing viewpoints of his life.
Psalms 136:1 – For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, but His mercy endures forever. Even though we fail to live up to the standards God has set for us, His mercy is always available to us If we turn from our prideful endeavors and back to Him.
